How We Work
The Joyce Choice offers FULL SERVICE planning, to the nth degree. Every wedding needs a coordinator. From full service to partial planning, you need a professional who will connect with all your vendors, help you with décor (theme AND setting up), walk your wedding party through rehearsal, and finally, be there to walk you through the greatest day of your life. The Joyce Choice will be the first vendors to arrive and the last ones to leave. They will do all the work so you can focus on what really matters:

Great question! We start at $2,000 for week-of coordination. This includes…
Directing your rehearsal and collecting all of your personal memorabilia
Setting up your decorations
Coordinating your wedding party through the day
Initiating the marriage license and preparing personal items to be sent home: cake, gifts/cards, and anything else your point of contact requests
Cleaning up after your wild event. Aside from the venue event coordinator, The Joyce Choice is typically the last vendor to leave, ensuring the smoothest wedding

Travel fees (outside of Sarasota County) - gas, lodging
Ordering decorations
Venue meetings

What we like to do is to virtually meet with you for a face-to-face conversation via the video platform Zoom. This helps us get to know more about you - your story, how he asked, and your exact wedding vision.
